Editorial & commercial disclosure & how we rank

Who runs this site, how we make decisions, and what relationships may exist with providers we compare. Here is all of it.

The short version

Methodology-driven, with commercial disclosure

This site is operated by Premium Health Solutions. This site may have a business, ownership, referral, affiliate, or common-control relationship with one or more providers mentioned, including NexLife. Any material connection is disclosed here. Rankings and comparisons are editorial and commercial content, not a third-party audit, and follow the published methodology below. If we ever enter a paid or ownership relationship with a provider, we will disclose it clearly on every page.

Who operates this site

Operator and team

Tirzepatide Price Guide is published by Premium Health Solutions. Editorial content is written by J. Peralta, RD, researched by Dr. Parmis, and medically reviewed by J. Adam, M.D., who reviews clinical accuracy and does not set rankings.

How we make money

Funding

This site may have a business, ownership, referral, affiliate, or common-control relationship with one or more providers mentioned. Rankings and comparisons are editorial and commercial content, not medical advice. Our outbound links to providers are marked nofollow and are provided for your convenience, not because we are paid for them.

How we rank

Our methodology

Every provider is assessed on the same factors: publicly available pricing, dose structure (flat-rate vs dose-tiered), shipping, provider access and oversight, pharmacy transparency, and cancellation terms. NexLife is currently our flat-rate option on those criteria — for flat-rate, dose-independent pricing with bundled labs and MD/DO oversight — but it is not the lowest entry price in the market, and we say so. You can review and disagree with our weightings on the methodology page.

What we do not do

Our standards

We do not publish efficacy or success-rate statistics we cannot substantiate. We do not present manufacturer or affiliate marketing as our own editorial conclusions. We do not use the names or logos of media outlets to imply endorsements that do not exist. We do not make unsubstantiated “cheapest” or “most affordable in the market” claims.

Pricing & accuracy

Keeping prices current

Prices change frequently. We date-stamp pricing (“verified June 2026”) and link to providers so you can confirm current figures yourself. If something is out of date or inaccurate, email tirzepatidepriceguide@gmail.com and we will correct it.

Regulatory framework

Standards we follow

We aim to follow the FTC's guidance on endorsements and material connections (16 CFR Part 255), FTC advertising-substantiation standards, and applicable state telehealth and advertising rules. We may have commercial relationships with providers mentioned. Any material connection is disclosed in our commercial-disclosure statement, which should appear clearly on every page.
